Veolia announced it would buy GE’s water business for €3.2 billion
In connection with completion, Veolia sets up a Business Unit, “Water Technologies & Solutions”, placed under the leadership of Heiner Markhoff – former President and CEO of GE Water. Mr. Markhoff joins Veolia Group’s Executive Committee. This new BU combines both the acquired business and Veolia’s own industrial service activities. It will offer an unparalleled value proposition to the shareholders, including the expected commercial, operational and technical synergies.
Complete Water Solutions will continue to Sell & Service Veolia Reverse Osmosis Systems, along with carrying Membranes and Filter Cartridges in stock. After a recent meeting with Veolia, Complete Water Solutions remains committed to providing support to our current customers and prospects who have Osmonics, GE Water & Process Technologies & Veolia Reverse Osmosis Equipment.
