Complete Water Solutions is currently seeking an Office Assistant who is charged with helping every division of our team including service, sales and general office duties.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following)

· Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and other communications

· Helping organize and maintain office area as needed. Maintaining office equipment and office supplied as needed.

· Managing filing system, recording information as needed. Updating paper work and maintaining documents. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases and/or websites.

· Greeting clients and visitors. Aid with client reception and coordinate evens as necessary.

· Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

· Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.

· Updating Database and customer contact information – Reaching out to customers to update.

– Organizing, preparing, labelling and shipping outbound communications and packages.

· Assist with checking in packages and orders

– Assist with outbound marketing materials, labeling and postage

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary
  • Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with customers and other staff
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize work throughout the day and reprioritize as needed.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism among clients and other team members.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimal – High School
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Basic understanding of IT business tools (File Explorer, Network Folders, Etc)
  • Highly organized and responsive
  • Basic understanding of field service and CRM Software

The Entry-Level Technical Sales Associate is a highly motivated sales representative that sells, leases, and rents our customized products and services throughout various territories. Our Technical Sales Associates are responsible for developing leads, marketing, and maintaining existing sales in a given territory. Some of the career duties include:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy in territory
  • Pro-actively cultivate and manage new and existing customer relationships
  • Prospect via cold calling, face to face meetings, and emailing for new customer development
  • Analyze customer & prospects needs through multiple avenues including water testing, evaluating existing equipment, etc.
  • Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with customers
  • Manage accounts and design appropriate solutions based on customer needs
  • Manage the preparation of customer-focused technical and commercial quotations/proposals
  • Follow up with customers and prospects regularly
  • Business development of territory
  • Quote writing & delivery
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions when required

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to deliver PowerPoint and/or other sales presentations

  • Build solid, long-lasting relationships with engineers, maintenance professionals & managers in territory

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 Years Of  Sales B2B Experience
  • Outside Sales Experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
