Complete Water Solutions is currently seeking an Inside Technical Sales (ITS) who is charged with designing, quoting water treatment equipment and parts, The ITS is responsible for developing the solution for a given project from the initial design, providing the quotation, through project iterations, and staying with the project until turned over to Order Execution.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following)

  • Handle Customer Inquiries
  • Assist Outside Sales Reps With Equipment, Services & Parts Quotations.
  • Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and customers.
  • Support Field Sales Team & Key Accounts
  • Provide Product Information & Assist with questions from customers.
  • Responsible for the technical solution development following adequate discovery. Prepare budgetary proposal and pricing for project.
  • Prepare detailed specifications and drawings for projects entering final design. Discuss design details with Customer or Rep, as needed, to qualify our design and assist in the customer solution.
  • Prepare final proposal and delivery of proposal to Rep or Customer.
  • Knowledge Of Core Products – Water Softeners, Iron Filtration, Multi Media, Reverse Osmosis, Deionization, UV.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimal – Trade School (Beyond High School)
  • Preferred – Mechanical / Chemical (Engineer) or Equal Related Work Experience
  • Knowledge of water treatment equipment systems and technologies Reverse Osmosis, UF, Nano, UV, Water Softeners, Multi Media,
  • 5 years of related experience is preferred
  • Highly organized and responsive
  • Strong Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office Products & General Navigation)
  • Ability to establish relationships with customers via digital communication
  • Excellent Account Management Skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong Attention To Detail

The Territory Sales Engineer is a highly motivated sales representative that sells, leases, and rents our customized products and services throughout various territories. Our Territory Sales Engineers are responsible for developing leads, marketing, and maintaining existing sales in a given territory. Some of the career duties include:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy in territory
  • Pro-actively cultivate and manage new and existing customer relationships
  • Prospect via cold calling, face to face meetings, and emailing for new customer development
  • Analyze customer & prospects needs through multiple avenues including water testing, evaluating existing equipment, etc.
  • Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with customers
  • Manage accounts and design appropriate solutions based on customer needs
  • Manage the preparation of customer-focused technical and commercial quotations/proposals
  • Follow up with customers and prospects regularly
  • Business development of territory
  • Quote writing & delivery
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions when required

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to deliver PowerPoint and/or other sales presentations

  • Build solid, long-lasting relationships with engineers, maintenance professionals & managers in territory

Minimum Qualifications:

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • At least 2 Years Of Industrial Water Treatment Sales B2B Experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
