Saturday RO Membrane Replacement

Complete Water Solutions was contracted to replace the RO Membrane Elements at a Food Manufacturing Facility. Every year Complete Water Solutions takes out the old membranes and installs newly cleaned membranes. The old membranes are taken off-site, cleaned, dried and preserved in a vac sealed bag with preservative.  The membranes are stored in a climate-controlled facility.  While changing the RO membranes Complete Water Solutions changed over the permeate piping from victaulic fittings to unions. This change while minimal allowed for betting sealing of gaskets. Complete Water Solutions removed CSM RE8040 Membranes and installed GE Osmonics AK8040F Membranes complete with NSF Certification. Complete Water Solutions logged all serial numbers and dated the machine with service date.
