Complete Water Solutions recently upgraded this Osmonics 45CHF Reverse Osmosis System for a Manufacture In California. Both RO Systems were manufactured in the 1980’s but were in great condition. A new RO system would have been twice as much money along with a 14-18 week lead time. The existing Osmonics RO Controller was obsolete and no longer functioning. Complete Water Solutions provided a drop in Allenbradley PLC with HMI, something we do a lot here at Complete Water Solutions. The New PLC Controller on the Osmonics 45 CHF Reverse Osmosis System has multiple benefits including the ability to tie into a local network. Both PLC Upgrades were completed in 2 days including new sensors, probes, solenoids.
