Multi-Media Filter Failure – Emergency Repair

Complete Water Solutions was recently contacted by a power sports vehicle manufacture they were experiencing sand and media in their test bay water system. The existing multi-media filtration system is used in a closed-loop system to filter particulate out of the water. The water is used in a testing system.

After removing the old media out of all three tanks we discovered that all 3 media filters had broken lower distributors. Upon further inspection, we were able to determine the cause of failure. The cause was fixed so this would not happen again. Time was a big factor Complete Water Solutions team was able to secure parts and repair all 3 filters in less than 8 hours. The media was reloaded and put back online.
