Project Scope:
Complete Water Solutions provided a 15 Gallon Per Minute Reverse Osmosis System to provide RO quality water for the Glass rinse process.
Equipment: Water Softener
Model Number: S21-A
The water softener system is put in place to remove/reduce scaling minerals such as calcium and magnesium. Reverse Osmosis membranes can be damaged with hard water. The softener system proposed is a twin alternating softener system that will have one vessel online, while the other vessel is in the standby position. The softener system will come complete with the following:
- Qty (2) 21” x 62” Fiberglass Softener Tanks
- Qty (2) 2” Magnum Softener Valves
- Qty (6) Cubic Feet Resin Per Tank
- Qty (1) 24” x 50” Brine Tank
Equipment: Carbon Filter
Model Number: C30-S
The carbon filter is put in place to remove chlorine and some organic materials in the water source. Chlorinated water will cause irreversible damage to the RO Membranes. The carbon filter will be a single unit. The system comes complete with the following:
- Qty (1) 30” x 72” Fiberglass Media Tanks
- Qty (1) 2” Magnum Filter Valve
- Qty (15) Cubic Feet Of Carbon Media
Equipment: Reverse Osmosis System
Model Number: IWRO-P412-12
The reverse osmosis system is sized to produce 15 GPM of reverse osmosis water @ 55 Degree F. The RO System comes complete with the following:

RO PLC
- Stainless Steel Frame 304
- High-Pressure Piping 316 Stainless
- (12) AK4040FM Low Energy RO Membranes
- Siemens PLC
- Inlet & Permeate Conductivity Probes
- Clean In Place System (Clean membranes onsite)
- Inlet pH Meter
- 54” Height 34” Width 93” Length
Equipment: Storage Tank
Model Number: 3000G
Complete Water Solutions will provide one poly 3000-gallon storage tank complete with the following:

Storage Tank, UV, RO Water Pumps, Water Quality Monitor
- On/Off (RO) Level Control
- Low-Level Cut Off (Distribution Pumps)
- Low-Level Alarm Float Output (Optional Audible Alarm $500.00)
- UV System (to help with keeping RO clean)
- 96” Diameter x 109” Height
Equipment: Distribution Pump Skid
Model Number: A3U Custom
Complete Water Solutions will provide a duplex pump side the pumps are rated at 80 GPM @ 70 PSI Per Pump. The skid comes complete with the following:
- (2) 7.5 HP TEFC Motors w/ Pumps
- 2” Suction & Discharge Manifolds (Stainless Steel Piping)
- 2” 304 Stainless Steel Ball Valves
- 2” 304 Stainless Steel Checks
- Pressure Transducers
- Gauges / Bleed Valves
- Mounted On Steel Baseplate – Pre Wired
- Stand Alone VFD Per Pump(s) Can be run in parallel or stand-alone
- 5ft x 5ft x 7ft
Remote Monitoring Option:
Complete Water Solutions offers remote monitoring solutions for monitoring your RO system as well as tank low level(s)
Alarm Automation Options
Hardness Monitor: The hardness monitor will pull samples every 2-3 minutes monitoring the water quality after the softener system. The monitor comes with reagents to run samples.
Chlorine Monitor: The chlorine monitor will pull samples every 2-3 minutes monitoring the water quality after the carbon filter system. The monitor comes with reagents to run samples.
