Co-Gen Plant Water Softener

Complete Water Solutions was contacted by an Illinois Co-Gen Power Plant Facility to replace their aging water softener system. The existing system had been updated several times over the past 20+ years to keep it operational. The customer had a very limited budget to replace their system. In collaboration with the customer and Complete Water Solutions together we found cost effective ways to replace their softener system. Complete Water Solutions supplied a Fleck 2900 Single Metered Water Softener complete with new brine tank for the softener system. The brine tank was equipped with a safety over flow valve so the brine tank would not overflow. The softener is able to produce up to 50 GPM Soft Water Continuous Flow Rate.
