OPEN POSITION: EXPERIENCED SERVICE TECHNICIAN
JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES:
We are currently searching for a Full-time (40 hours/week) Field Service Technician to support our water treatment business. This position is for an experienced water treatment field service technician.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following)
- Diagnose and repair water treatment equipment (Industrial Reverse Osmosis)
- Starting up new or replacement water treatment systems
- Servicing of water treatment equipment (i.e. Water Softeners, Reverse Osmosis, DI)
- Assist with electrical including control wiring, motor controls, relays and switches
- Installing new or exchanging preexisting water treatment equipment
- Installing new or replacing plumbing to and from the system
- Cleaning RO Membranes
- Replacing RO Membranes
- Rebuilding Valve Heads & Controls
- Re-bedding Filters
- Completing all paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Collect, log, and analyze field data including water, resin, etc.
Essential Functions
- Seeking a highly motivated, independent, and mechanically-inclined individual.
- Must be able to provide detailed and accurate documentation of any and all service work performed, both on written and electronic (computer) work tickets
- Consistent and dependable job attendance
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to pass a drug screening test
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently and Up to 150 lbs at times
- Occasional late night and overnight trips required
- Participation in a rotating on-call schedule, for when emergency service is needed
Education/Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial water treatment industry
- Experience in Commercial/Industrial RO Systems
Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

OPEN POSITION: B2B TECHNICAL SALES
JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES:
The B2B Technical Sales Associate is a highly motivated sales representative that sells, leases, and rents our customized products and services throughout various territories. Our Technical Sales Associates are responsible for developing leads, marketing, and maintaining existing sales in a given territory. Some of the career duties include:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy in territory
- Pro-actively cultivate and manage new and existing customer relationships
- Prospect via cold calling, face to face meetings, and emailing for new customer development
- Analyze customer & prospects needs through multiple avenues including water testing, evaluating existing equipment, etc.
- Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with customers
- Manage accounts and design appropriate solutions based on customer needs
- Manage the preparation of customer-focused technical and commercial quotations/proposals
- Follow up with customers and prospects regularly
- Business development of territory
- Quote writing & delivery
- Attend conferences and exhibitions when required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Honest and high integrity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to deliver PowerPoint and/or other sales presentations
- Quote writing & delivery
- Presentation of products & services to current and prospective customers
- Build solid, long-lasting relationships with engineers, maintenance professionals & managers in territory
- In addition to generating your own leads, you will be provided with company leads and marketing support to help build your territory.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma
- At least 2 Years Of Sales B2B Experience
- 2 Years Outside Sales Experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
