Description
FilmTecâ„¢ Nanofiltration < 4″ Elements
FilmTecâ„¢ Nanofiltration < 4″ Elements allow selective separation of organics and salts for small industrial water treatment plants that produce less than approximately 1 gpm (230 L/h) of permeate.
FilmTec NF270-2540 Elements are ideal for removing a high percentage of TOC and THM precursors with medium to high salt passage and medium hardness passage in commercial systems. The NF270 nanofiltration membrane is an ideal choice for surface water and ground water where good organic removal is desired with partial softening.
The FilmTec NF270-2540 elements are a tape outer wrapped.
Key applications
Uses
- Production of municipal drinking water
Advantages
- Good organic (NOM) removal
- Partial softening preserves water character
