Description
MB-1 (H/OH forms) resin is designed to provide high purity water. The component resins are specially selected to ensure low conductivity.
The product is a special blend of Type I strong base gel type anion exchange resins (A307MB1, OH) with dark black, 8% crosslinked strong acid gel type cation exchange resins (C108MB1,H). The average bead size of the anion resin is also smaller than that of the cation resin in MB-1. This ensures excellent hydraulic characteristics and regeneration capabilities for inorganic and organic ions.
The dark black color of the cation resin also allows the operator to easily visualize the mixed-bed ion exchange polisher during the backwash of the system.
