Complete Water Solutions was contracted to replace a softener system with a newer unit at a Wisconsin industrial engine manufacturing facility. The existing mechanically controlled system had run its course, and was outdated and under performing. To keep business moving as smoothly as possible, Complete Water Solutions replaced 2 tanks at a time. This allowed the company to not have to shut down the facility water requirements during the installation process. Complete Water Solutions designed, supplied and installed a new Digital Softener System which will allow them to better control the softener process, to meet their exact needs during day to day operations. The updated unit also brought along increased efficiency compared to the old water softener. Now, the engine manufacturer could continue increased production without worrying about whether or not they would have enough soft water.
