It’s December 30th (A Friday @ 3:00 PM) And Our Phone Rings – A customer is having a problem keeping the conductivity within spec for production.
They need to be running by Jan 1st because that’s when production starts up. Their current service provider has been having trouble trying to diagnose the problem.
They need help and need their system running Now – Complete Water was onsite by 7:00 PM with NSF 61 Approved Chemistry to clean the RO System.
Silica and scale were the cause of the increased conductivity. After further investigation, we found the pre-treatment equipment was having problems that lead to the spike in RO Conductivity.
Even though complete water solutions did not provide the equipment originally, we can service all competitors’ equipment.
