Complete Water Solutions was called out for emergency repair due to one softener was hard and the brine tank was overflowing. Upon further inspection, Complete Water Solutions found that the Fleck 3900 Part # 60036 was stuck in the open position. When we removed the old piston we found that there was a chunk of plastic stuck in the piston causing it to stick open. While onsite Complete Water Solutions evaluated the softener system to see what additional items might need to be looked at in the future. We found that the unit had not been serviced in over 10 years.
Suggested Water System Upgrades
Piston, Spacer & Seal kits were recommended along with upgrading their controller which was a 2014 Systemax which is no longer in production.
