Fleck 9100 Commercial Water Softener Replacement at Waste Water Treatment Plant
Complete Water Solutions recently installed a new commercial water softener system at a Village Waste Treatment Plant. The old softener system was a single tank unit and was producing hard water on a regular basis. The old system was not metered and was not efficient compared to systems today.
Complete water solutions demolished the old system and provided the following:
- Locked out and tagged out the water supply.
- Removed the old system and disposed of in customer supplied dumpster.
- Cleaned up the area before installing the new system.

- 14” Diameter x 65” Tall Fiberglass Meter Tanks
- 18” Diameter x 40” Tall Brine Tank (complete with safety overflow valve)
