Emergency Service for an Indiana Emergency Room

An Indiana emergency room needed emergency service.

Complete Water Solutions was contacted by a hospital system in Indiana to help with their Marlo Reverse Osmosis System. The RO System was in alarm state and the conductivity was too high. Complete Water Solutions was able to provide same day troubleshooting and repair service.

Our experienced Reverse Osmosis Technicians were able to identify that the inlet valve had failed and caused untreated water to scale the membranes. This scale caused the high conductivity.

Our stocked trucks allowed us to replace the valve immediately and perform a Reverse Osmosis Cleaning (RO Membrane Cleaning). This allowed the customer to get back up and running within specifications.

This helped get the hospital Sterile Processing Department back up and running.
