Recently a customer had (6) 3.6 MixBed exchange tanks like the ones on the right of the picture above. With increased demand for DI Water, the customer was experiencing increased exchanges. Complete Water Solutions noticed the increased exchanges and offered a more cost-effective solution. With limited space, we were able to fit two (40) cubic foot exchange tanks which increased the capacity from 21.6 Cubic Feet to (80) Cubic Feet. The results in increased capacity mean less exchanges and lower costs!
