ResinTech MBD-20 is a one-to-one equivalent mixture of CG8-H-BL (a hydrogen form dark colored strong acid cation resin) and SBG2-OH (a hydroxide form type 2 strong base anion resin). MBD-20 has higher throughput capacity than mixed beds made with type 1 resins. MBD-20 is particularly well suited for portable exchange and applications where amine odors are objectionable. MBD-20 is supplied ready to use with the cation component in the hydrogen form and the anion component in the hydroxide form.
