GE Osmonics AK4040F Reverse Osmosis Membranes

Complete Water Solutions was recently contracted to replace all the membranes in (2) RO Systems. Each RO System was manufactured by different companies. That is not a problem for Complete Water Solutions we provide parts, membranes, and service for all manufacturers. No matter who you bought it from or the application Complete Water Solutions can provide, parts, service, and membranes for your RO System. This work had to be completed on Saturday due to the tight manufacturing windows. At this particular facility, we replaced (40) US Filter CDRC4X40B Reverse Osmosis Membranes. We replaced the US Filter membranes with GE AK4040FM Part #3039082. After replacing the membranes we sanitized the RO System with Minncare, documenting the process along the way. Upon completion, the RO System was returned online and all flows, pressure, and quality were documented. We even followed up on Monday to make sure everything was working properly.
